The short story is…we design all our gear in Texas and then send it to Wisconsin for manufacturing. We have a close partnership with Borah Teamwear and they do a fantastic job taking care of every production detail. As a result, our designs kick ass and are built to last. We use the finest materials (e.g. Italian fabrics) and produce it all in the USA.
We design our kits to for an athletic build. This is to say, they fit more snug than other brands. We have full sizing detals our on our Sizing Chart Page .
We know you want your gear ASAP. And we feel exactly the same way. Thus, we package and ship your order within 1-5 business days. We ship Monday-Friday so, if you live within the continental US, you should receive your order with 2-3 days after it leaves our warehouse.
We ship via US Postal Service and UPS and provide enough options to give you flexibility in price and speed of shipment delivery.
This depends on what shipping option you select. After we ship, we will send you a tracking number with an estimated arrival date. The bottom line is, you won't have to wait long.

You know it! We stand by our gear 100%. If you think an item has a defect within 90 days of purchase, please contact us and we will review it. Please send a few photos to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. We will review the details and, if we confirm the defect, we will exchange it. No problem.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To start the return/exchange process, we need you to complete a Return Authorization form . We will review the return request. After we approve it, we will reserve your requested exchange item for 10 business days. We need to receive your returning item within these 10 business days. After 10 business from the date of the RA, the item will return back to unreserved inventory.A few conditions apply.
- The item must be in its original condition. All tags remain attached and product is repackaged in its original polybag.
- We must receive the returning item within 10 business days of your Return Authorization.
- You will receive a credit or refund for the purchase price of the item minus shipping costs.
- Sale Items cannot be returned.
Return authorizations must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If you received the item as a gift, you can exchange it or ask for a store credit. If asking for a store credit, it works best if you have the order number as we can provide credit for the purchase price of the item. If you don't have the order number, we can only provide credit for the current value of the item.
For refunds, you will receive a credit to your original payment method. Upon receipt of your return, we process it and then issue the credit within 5 business days.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the return to us. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to reach us and for our team to process it.
Depending on the value of the return, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend using a shipping provider that provides tracking information as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
